If I'm following your logic, wouldn't disconnecting the phone line before cancelling the subscription (for most; the OP doesn't have the phone line connected) have the same effect?There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.

If it works to stop the cancellation of Sky+, does it also work to stop the cancellation of the Sky service in general?
(I obviously don't have Sky, so I'm just asking out of interest)
