I have now made the buttonholes I need! Plus a few extras! Have gone for the wooden roses as for my cake topper and now bouquet - no stress! Well I hope not!

My one thing I was not going to compromise on was flowers - then my hayfever started playing up! So decided that the best way to go was false! They do look pretty cool though! Quite proud of myself!

That's very true! Just emailed the pics to the H2B - he is impressed - can't be bad! :beer::D

Have just given some of them away - Scrooge couldn't understand why I made so many when I only needed 4! His sister, her partner and her sons have them now - need to alter one to make it more lady like - for my MoH who has bought her outfit today while on holiday! She is MoH in name and duties but is not walking down the aisle (she doesn't want to)! She is cool though and has been a wonderful help!

It's years of spending time with my nana! They weren't hard - a length of florist wire, a piece of florist tape, a couple of wooden roses, a piece of artificial fern and a pair of pliers! It's not talent its sheer determination - suppose it helps that I teach and have patience when I need it!
