    :hello:

    Quiet on here tonight!

Marru, is this a job you're going for for when you move? Good luck with the application.

Stick with your salads Budgie. Are they having desired effect on fatloss? So sorry to hear about the koi carp, hugs to you and poor Mr Budgie too.

Glad to hear you're now both small and perfectly balanced fay :D

Great poem netttie but we aren't mentioning the word mouse on here at the moment.

    9AF please HB

Hope you'll feel a bit brighter tomorrow. Some great scores on here so far and lots of month left. Well done everybody. I probably won't get any more AF days in this week but onwards and upwards to everyone having a big push for January.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • Morning everyone! :D

One more AF day for me please - hoorah! :j :j :j

It's only 2 on the trot at the moment, but that's a super start for me.

However, my body is starting to react to being AF and I feel totally knackered andI have developed a coldsore and a sniffy nose...... oh dear. _pale_

I've still got 4 shifts at the hospital to go, so I must soldier on (even though my feet hurt!!), as I need to get my required placement hours done before uni starts next week.

Lots of Vit C and homemade lentil soup is the order of the day me thinks.

    Moan over, tee hee!

Hope everyone has a marvellous AF day.

    Hugs,
    Caz

115k - If you are with HSBC or Natwest a lot of their branches now have coin machines which deposit straight to your account, nil commission :A Lordy I used to hate people who brought coppers in to the bank I worked at (pre-BR obv) - in itself it's no problem but people never bag up properly and then get stroppy when you reject the bag, so you have to count the pennies out and let the customer make up the deficit. When there's a queue out of the door and you are expected to try to make commission from all of them...but I digress.

Thanks for that info Squizz.:) DH has Natwest account so I might try that. I belong to the Co-op bank and they are always empty so I think I will be okay if I change the money there. I could coincide the trip with the pennies with putting another deposit of cash into my account.;)
115k I have been meaning to say that you are doing really well this month, stay positive and big hugs (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxx

    Thanks. Sorry about your fish.:(

I had a strong craving for some red wine last night but I resisted. Well I had to ignore the craving as it was about 11.30 at night and I have no alcohol in the house!:rotfl:
