Well guys yes I am still on track though, horrors of horrors I walked in this evening and went into the kitchen to prepare dinner and on the side was ............ a bottle of wine :eek: it was a belated Christmas gift, I quickly stuffed it in a cupboard (Out of sight etc). So crisis averted .......... phew

Some sad news, all of our beautiful koi carp have died due to the freezing weather. We have had some of them years and years. It really has upset Mr Budgie when he had to fish them out ........... very sad.

just back from body balance - i ache!

but am AF and have really missed it - I *use* to go 3x week and was a bendy lady but alas no more

When I wonder did the baths, the bodybalance and the other lovely indulgent things stop and the wine takeover???

? thats certainly something to think about...............

Just thought I'd share this poem that was wrote for me! (not really but it could have been)

The Cleaning Poem

I asked the Lord to tell me
Why my house is such a mess
He asked if I'd been 'computering',
And I had to answer 'yes.'

He told me to get off my butt,
And tidy up the house.
And so I started cleaning up...
The smudges off my mouse.

I wiped and shined the topside.
That really did the trick...
I was just admiring my good work.

I didn't mean to 'click.'

But click, I did, and oops - I found
A real absorbing site
That I got SO way into it -
I was into it all night.

So nothing's changed except my mouse.
It's as shiny as the sun.
I guess my house will stay a mess.....
While I sit here on my bum.
