A rodent-free paradise so far :rotfl:
'course you can, sweetie pie
I've already updated my list
And in other news...
:eek:
OMG! I've lost a wine glass to a rogue bunch of bananas!
:rotfl:
I'm sorry, it did genuinely happen but I've just burst out laughing as I typed that!
Due to the miskies I've been keeping all my fruit in a cupboard; opened said cupboard whilst cooking to get the salt & a bunch of bananas fell out & crashed into my freshly re-filled wine glass :eek:
It's all cleaned up now & no damage bar the glass. Was slightly freaky at the time but in hindsight it is just hilarious
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
always the bananas that get you... they lie in wait, poised to pounce if you show the slightest weakness :cool:

yeeuuch :eek::eek::eek: tmi tmi tmi; that's what you get for replacement therapy; a hard-boiled per previous pint = hard work.
ym if you're still looking in...hope to see you back all sorted before too long x
I am doing carp after my 3 afds in a row 4-7 Jan (then I re-joined thread...hmmmm!). Nah, all my fault, combination of time of year & above all the ****** weather keeping me at home with a full wine-rack.
Re-starting tomorrow :rolleyes:; Dad's funeral was a year ago today, also today is/was Mum's birthday so wallowing a bit, but need to insert rocket up 'arris & get me sorted!u ,bnmvbnml.hjkm,.; - oh dear, that was me trying to wipe cream cheese & sweet chilli dipping sauce off the keyboard my grief does not affect my appetite :rolleyes::rolleyes:
For the record....(try & stay awake) I agree with Maman's post re our meet-up; it could easily be ( in fact, maybe should be) in a licenced premises, unless abstainers strongly object. My reasons: total abstainers will be aiming to cope with social occasions alc-free; what better company to "practise" in. Cutter-downers will NOT (I trust!!) be subjected to the "go on, just have one more" syndrome (I would be horrified if this happened!) so I would venture to suggest an ideal occasion for ALL of us to behave as we would wish to all the time, & enjoy.
I also agree with fay re the early meet-up, but maybe we should all "face our demons" in the best possible company.
