    Hello,

Sent text to BF this morning "woke up grumpy" and got message back: "why are you sleeping with Grumpy and what about the other 6?" :rotfl:

Ok - I am not grumpy anymore only very very tired. A bottle of rose was talking to me when I went to shop at lunch break but I pretended I wasn't listening. Managed to get through my after work top up shop trip without any chatter. So that will be 14 for me please HB. My bells have strong correlation to the level of tiredness I am experiencing.

No planned socialising this weekend so I will join the 72h challenge please.

  • Evening all. Just popping in to report 14 AF days now. Not sure about your weekend challenge HB - it's our anniversary weekend and we'll be having a meal out on Saturday night. I've found it easy to be AF so far this month cos we haven't been on any nights out since Christmas. Will play it by ear and let you know what happens. Actually - that's bad isn't it - that I can't imagine a night out without alcohol. Mm, need to think about this ...
Sober October = 0 alcohol free days
Weight lost so far = 0lb
No spend days so far = 0

Ok kiddiwinks, I think it's time to say a very big well done to everyone for all their AF-ness so far this month :T

I therefore propose a 72hr challenge to run from Friday to Sunday - controversial, I know  If anyone wants to do it with me then put their paw up :D

    :)

'course you can, sweetie pie :) I've already updated my list ;)

    And in other news...

OMG! I've lost a wine glass to a rogue bunch of bananas!

    :rotfl:

I'm sorry, it did genuinely happen but I've just burst out laughing as I typed that!

Due to the miskies I've been keeping all my fruit in a cupboard; opened said cupboard whilst cooking to get the salt & a bunch of bananas fell out & crashed into my freshly re-filled wine glass

It's all cleaned up now & no damage bar the glass. Was slightly freaky at the time but in hindsight it is just hilarious :D
