Scores updated but will do it properly later. Snow is forecasted here and I am not amused. We are going to friends for lunch and don't want to get stucked there and more importantly if it starts snowing heavily we are not going to be able to go home tomorrow. Anyhoo - hopefully back later to updated the scores... Byeeeee...

I'm happy to report that the sofa covers washed fine so things are slowly returning to normal here :D

Haven't decided what to do about January yet HB. I may have a target but am wondering whether to try just clocking up as many days as I can. I want to prove to myself that not drinking on 'ordinary' days is now a habit.

Whatever works for you, sweetie - your name's now on my list with a ? next to it :D

Cheers YM, that really made me feel better _pale_

I did go a bit mad at the reduction bit in Mr T's last night but only on cakes, there was tons of meat stuff but I didn't have much money and I know I'd be annoyed if I couldn't buy everything I wanted so I didn't go near (I'm an all or nowt person :D), but I did get everything I wanted on the bakery reduction bit, Frosty Fancies for 25p a box, mince pies 15p a box and the Fabulous Baking Boys mint choc cupcakes for 20p a box.....we have enough to see us through...well.... for quite a long time :D oh and I bought an apple and mincemeat lattice pie with whipping cream for afties tonight. Don't feel up to it at the moment but hopefully will be feeling better later.

There is definately a lot of positivity over 2010, it's a new decade after all :)

It's just gotta work this time, this time next year I need to be debt and drink free with something saved to pay for xmas and bills.

    Me too, Me too
  • Hi everyone, hope you all had a great Christmas and are gearing up for the new year?

Does anyone know of a friendly moderator who might be able to help me with password issues? My pc crashed and I've lost me cookies, and it's been so long since I've actually logged in that I've forgotten my password.

The email address I originally registered with has long since expired (moved to googlemail now), so if I ask for a password reminder I've got no way of actually recieving it.

    Argh.

I've created this username to temporarily log on so that I can ask the question.
I am GreyPilgrim. My PC has decided to destroy all my cookie files, and the account to which my MSE password has been re-sent is no longer valid. Gr3yPilgrim is a temporary (and probably naughty) workaround until I figure my way out of this pickle.
  • Oh no! GP, what a nightmare! :(

Have you tried emailing the Tech Team & explaining? Can't think of anything else off the top of my head
