Roast Chicken, rost pots, squash , peas and spinach here (with apple and blackberry pie for afters :)) Don't see the point of putting a phone in an apple pie personally, but that's what the recipe said, so.........

Hey - hope you don't mind a complete newbie joining - no signature, no idea what I'm doing but really need to address the amount I drink and the cost to me in both terms of cash spent and wellbeing. I am very fortunate that I'm not in debt but soon will be if I don't stop the current consumption. Have decided to go for 3 days out of seven Sunday to Sunday (not set days as work shifts as does SO) as alcohol free - not even sherry trifle! Is this do-able do you think? Any advice would be appreciated and promise to find my way round the site quickly and work out all the gizmo's etc - I feel so plain!!
