  • Afternoon all!

AF for me last night. Prob not tonight but will take it easy.

Honeybear - good news about the insurance cheque!
Fay - sorry to hear about OH. MY friends little boy has it and its knocked him for six, poor lad!
GG - Witches of eastwick experience sounds horrible. You would think these experiences would turn us against alcohol for life wouldn't you???

Busy day today. Brother and SIL have been away for two weeks and are arriving home tomorrow. I went down to clean their house through so its nice for when they get back. Then I HAD to finish my latest book. I'm....ahem...a bit addicted to the Twilight books. How sad am I? :o

Best get off....Piglet is trying to do my polishing for me....scary when he gets near my glass cabinet!!

    Catch up later!

My apologies for the dreadful mis-spelling of cheque on my earlier post... I can't really edit it now as i'm on my phone but i'm mortified :(

  • Hi Everyone,

We are getting our puppy today:T:T. And DH ( the one who hates dogs and would never have one) is more excited than the kids.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. The puppy is adorable and it is impossible not to fall in love with him :A.

Now off to puppy proof the house.

    love

    40SMx

Will you post a piccie of the little cutie for us, please?
I would love a dog but me and OH are out too much so it wouldn't be fair and OH not too keen on cats but I'm working on him.
Another AF night for me! Was wobbling but the thought of reporting I couldn't do three days on here kept me on the straight and narrow.
Will be drinking tonight - so the next challenge, can I be sensible or will I just go mad?

Loved the Chrimbo Darwin Jo, this thread is beginning to make me feel almost festive!

    take care xx
  • 40sm..my mad dog ate three remote controls in a year, it's a real pain because when he farts sky switches off....!
We had no insoles in our shoes for years, because he had a real thing for ripping them out, oh and he ate the bottom stair.

    Wouldn't swap him for anything.

No seriously love to see a photo,
    DC.
