    Morning :hello:,

Well done dreamonsu:T. I am envious. I did not have an AFD yesterday. Had 4 units (2 glasses of wine) and ate too much as well:o So not too good a day on the dieting front (Cheese & chocolate but no cake!) but a nice day on the "happy" front:D

I am gonna really, really, really try to be good now until at least until next Friday and will try to do what dreamonsu has done.

    Anyhoo,

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • Hi everyone,

One more AFD for me please Fay!

Unfortunately, my wonderful evening shimmying away, being entertained by the great Morrissey (in Swindon) didn't happen. He did one song and disappeared downwards and I saw him being carted off by security. We didn't see him again! Bah.

I understand from the media that he's still in hospital, so get well soon Morrissey, but it turned out to be a total non-starter of an evening, which I had been looking forward to for months. My friend and I weren't best pleased, but these things can't be helped if he is genuinely ill. I am trying not to be cynical, as Morrissey has a track record of cancelling gigs and disappointing fans and lets be honest, the Oasis Leisure Centre in Swindon isn't exactly the most prestigious of venues, seeing as he is due to perform at the Royal Albert Hall later in the tour! :p

I stayed AF last night so am pleased with that, but my AF-ness over the last 14 days has been inconsistent. I keep thinking it through over and over, why I suddenly decide to have a drink (I don't even search for a reason or excuse lately), despite feeling strong and proud to be AF earlier in the day. I can't fathom it out!

Anyway, got lots and lots of uni work to plough through this afternoon - I am determined to finish the first part of my assignment which has to be submitted in a week's time.

Hugs to everyone and hope you all enjoy this lovely Sunday with its extra hour! ;)

Caz, I just heard on the news about Morrissey & thought of you :( Apparently he had breathing difficulties & is now in a stable condition in hospital

Good luck with your assignment :)
