FAFF has gone well for me - only 2 and a half hours to go now until the end making it 5 days AF this week for me

Good week with no alcohol

Sorry I was away - busy cooking chocolate cherry cupcakes and now they are cooling down ready for tomorrow, nom nom nom.......!

Walked only 4 miles this week & checking weather forecast it does`nt look good for weekend either. Recovering from my flu & some good news on the job front too.

Seems that everything is moving in the right direction for me but wish I had more motivation. .

Enjoying a large glass of sparkling water & lime.

Just had to come on to tell you....DH has had a FAFF.:j:T:j

I just got in from work and he has treated us to a takeaway with the money he has saved this week.
He said he has decided not to have a drink until his sleep patterns have settled down.Then he will just think about having a beer on Friday and Saturday.......

I am so proud of him....I want to tell the world.Woohooo.

Well done to all Faffers and good luck for a Spectacular Sober Saturday.
