I have given up alcohol and fags many times myself. They seem to find it hard to let go of me though! I find cutting down easier for me anyway.

I realised today that I had added up my totals wrong, the total AF days were right but I had accidentally added an extra day to the year so I feel like I have an extra AF day now (if anyone is following my rambles!:rotfl:)

I just put some washing on and took my Vit B Complex tablets and I am now eating chocolate. :EasterBun

Really really really don't want to do MS and was going to cancel it for next Saturday but just remembered I'm out all day next Sat

Can't go now cos DD1 has to go to work at 1.30pm and I won't be back in time now :mad: gonna have to wait for OH to get out of bed :rolleyes: and either leave kids with him or take the whole family with me, DON'T WANNA GO :mad:
