Any better deals than Euro1net?

Hi all,

I'm looking around for a broadband provider. I have used Euro1net.com before and been impressed - I can't seem to beat their price of:

((£10 p.m. * 12) + £50 connection charge) / 12 ~ £14.17.

Can anyone else beat this price of £14.17 per month? These are the features I require:
  • 512Kbps connection
  • Unlimited usage, no caps or anything
  • 12 month contract at maximum
  • Static IP address

Also being a hopefully soon ex-E7even customer (I haven't had any connection at all for over a month now), I have to agree with the last post. There is no proof, as far as I have found out, that Euro1net is a sister company of E7even but other people on message boards say there are connections.

However, before I saw those posts, I found the Euro1net website and immediately alarm bells started ringing as the way it is set up seems very similar to E7even.

E7even was a very good provider at first but after it became linked with Touchtelecom, a telephone provider, it went downhill fast. Before that time I would have given it top marks for connection and service. Now it's definitely 0 out of 10 for both. So you can't blame us for being suspicious about Euro1net which also has an office in Kent and offers which appear very similar to E7even.
