hi just to let you all know the latest deal ive got with virgin media.Three months ago I took a new contract with virgin media it was as follows:10mb broadband(L), TV(M), phone(xl) all this for 25 pounds per month.I noticed that the 50mb broadband has come down in price from 1st september so i decided to give them a call.I asked to add the 50mb broadband to my package instead of 10mb broadband and the very friendly lady said no problems and she would add it on for extra 3 pounds.I thought this was too good to be true and in the past ive had bad experiences with them when taking deals so i asked her for this to be put in writing.she said she would email me the details.Ive received the email and now my package clearly states 50mb broadband(xxl),TV(m) and phone (xl) all for 28 pounds per month for 12 months deal,no installation charges and no activation fee.Ive had the engineer around to activate the 50mb broadband and install the new black modem and the new wireless N router plus a free wireless adapter.Im happy with this deal.Hope this helps you. Thanks for reading.

The broadband alone is £28 (plus phone line rental), 50Mb is charged at £15.50 per month more than the 10Mb service (with a phone line). I think you may be confusing your bundle price against the broadband price alone.0 -
This sounds for sure either a cracking deal in which you have to post more details or maybe £28 just for the broadband?
If that's talk unlimited and line rental included it's an absolute bargain!0 -
hi
ive been on holiday, sorry i couldnt reply sooner.
The deal im on is 50mb broadband(xxl),tv(m),and phone(xl) which is unlimited landlines anytime.
The total cost for this deal is £28 PER MONTH for 12 months deal.
I know individual prices are higher but this was offered to me, and i have been on this since September 2009 and my bills since have never been over £28 each month.
hope this clears things up.
