Well if they aren't providing the service due to removing a mast, it would be potential breach of contract as they are no longer providing a service in the area you use it most when you started the contract.
Also they may get the phone back to recoup any money they spent on buying the phone. The phone is the main cost they would incur, if not the only one for an individual bar trivial admin fees..Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
