poor service cos we don't want to move???

Hi All,
My tiscali BB account stopped working on 24th of last month, have phoned and mailed (8 calls and about 12 emails), with no success. The customer service is just appalling…
Do you think that they are able to provide an even worse service knowing that nobody wants to sign a 12 month contract with a new provider when the prices may be about to plummet?

A lot of ISPs are available with free migration and one month contract so there is no reason to put up with this...
I use IDNet http://www.idnet.co.uk/ but there is plenty of ISPs providing similar deals.

Tiscali are reknown for their lack of customer service, I use UKFSN, free migration, 1mth contract.

I believe Nidram/Zen all 1mth contract, plus I'm sure many others, so there's plenty to choose from.0
