Is Capital Returns Kosher?

I received a 'phone call last night from a company caled Capital Returns who told me I was owed some £8000 from a missold mortgage some years back. They require an up-front fee of £95 and some other short term charges. Is this normal, and can anyone tell me if this is worth pursuing or whether I being duped?

i find it ironic that nick simpkin is telling people they been mis sold a mortgage, i am currently sueing him for mis selling a mortgage to me, when he was four seasons mortgages and njs mortgages and moorland mortgages!!! any one else out there been sold a mortgage by him? i would love to know .:mad:
