Tesco value curry sauce - 4p!

I like it as a topping for chips, tastes the same as the stuff we used to get at the local chippy! Don't think it'd make a great curry on its own, but might be good added to existing curry instead of a tin of toms or something.

I was picking up one or two other cheapies at my local Sainsburys yesterday and noted that they had put the price of their version up to 10p. Given how the supermarkets often exhibit a herd mentality when it comes to pricing, it might be worth buying in bulk at 4p while it lasts at the other supermarkets!

(of course it is always possible that the shelf price was wrong, given that online still shows at 4p)

Made a veggie curry with the Tesco tin last night. No complaints. Very cheap (and quick) meal

I got a few tins last week and will most certainly be getting a few more, think I will add a little more than just chicken to make it interesting but fantastic value.
