Parking Ticket ?????????

My mum recieved a ticket on my car back in July even though she had a disabled badge ( I am not sure if she had it on display ) since which time she has saddly died can I appeal this as I was not the driver of car???

any help would be great

    Was this from a Council or Private Parking Company?

    If it was a Council, then if your late mother was the registered keeper, I'd write to the Council with copy of death certificate and they will most likely cancel the charge.

    If it was a PPC, it's unenforcible even if she were still alive, but they'll probably send letters threatening to tkae her to court anyway, so just ignore all their hot air.
