Was this from a Council or Private Parking Company?onestressedwoman wrote: »My mum recieved a ticket on my car back in July even though she had a disabled badge ( I am not sure if she had it on display ) since which time she has saddly died can I appeal this as I was not the driver of car???

If it was a Council, then if your late mother was the registered keeper, I'd write to the Council with copy of death certificate and they will most likely cancel the charge.
If it was a PPC, it's unenforcible even if she were still alive, but they'll probably send letters threatening to tkae her to court anyway, so just ignore all their hot air.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -
See post below, duplicate.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
