Tigs I hope your Grandma gets better soon.

Sammy - Sending the V's to the cranky client on your behalf:mad:

Bookie - Hang on in there xx

Luc - sorry about the job.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Hello all, oh dear there are a few glum faces today. :grouphug:

NONE of you are a pain in the bum (that would be my domain...with my endless relationship traumas :o), we are all here to support each other, and it doesn't matter if you are in a position to need that support, or give that support, you are all equally as valued and welcomed as the next person.

EVEN if you need ongoing and lengthy support - because some problems don't just go away overnight.

    So there.

Anyway, I am feeling quite okay today. As long as I don't think about 'him'. Although am worried about a familiar presence in my life, who doesn't seem to have taken the hint.

Don't shout at me please...I am never going back there again.....NEVER. :o

who are you trying to convince there snags? :p

You are very strong Snaggles. I keep making excuses in my head for my ex, because i know he is in a black cloud of depression, BUT then I have to keep reminding myself of the way he finished with me, only two days after saying to me 'you just don't get how much I love you' and even proposing (although he had been drinking, so I didn't take it seriously). I shouldn't have had to beg him to tell me why - ooooh getting upset again!

  • Glad I'm not the only one to forget what I was going to post Tenmah!
  • Sammy, what time tomorrow?
  • am putting together my teaching file for Monday.

So much paperwork - so little time!

Did a sensible thing and asked not to teach one of the 1 days courses I'd agreed to. It was a Saturday in November and although I'd earn £108 less tax etc and I've taught the course before (food hygiene) by mid november I'll already be doing 2 nights a week cookery plus 37 hours in the office and I'd rather pull out now. Felt awkward as I hate letting people down but there should be another tutor who can do it.
