  • Hiya, well I contacted Egg and have managed to stop my interest rate from increasing by agreeing to no longer use my card. Feel really liberated by it, it makes it all v final, and Im really pleased the rate will no longer be increased in October. Keeps my dfd of 5 years time - if not before - still v achievable!
    My debts at LBM (2009)Grand Total £161,983.77.(Incs everything, mtge, cr cards, loans)
    May 2013 £124,080.27= £37,903.50 paid off WOW!!!!! Well done! There is a guardian angel out there! :AI'm visualising success, debt freeness, and happy days!:T

    Another busy day today - will they ever end????

    Been to uni all day, walked dog, hoovered house, friend came round for tea and a chat, walked dog again, did dinner and dishes, had a bath and now sat down!

    Anyway, today's little list...
    • Had brekkie at home
    • Took packed lunch to uni
    • Had soup and toast for my tea and made OH gnocchi and stuff - all from cupboards
    • Only spent £1 on a drink at uni
    • Done one load of washing
    • Dry washing overnight on airer
    • Phoned wedding florist
    • Phoned cake lady
    • Phoned DJ
    • Phoned venue
    • Hoovered house
    • Will force myself to make lunch for tomorrrow (am saving about £3.50 a day doing this)
    • Done a bit of uni work
    • Checked banks
    That's it for today - going to have a rest now!
  • Woo Hoo!:j Just had to celebrate the fact I managed to get my entire list done!! Also managed to not spend much when out! Friend brought lunch so I brought us some cakes (£2.50) and brought some bracelets for 50p so £3 total!

    Anyway, as I am done I am drinking wine a glass of wine (Leftover from cake I made so paid for by mum but can't let it go to waste!!) and going to enter competitions!! Got some mascara today thanks to the competitions! x x

    Today I:
    • worked 4 hrs in my 2nd job
    • worked an hr in my 3rd job
    • avoided the takeaway on the way home - which was tough!
    • sorted out some extra hrs for next week
