Wireless Router - is it possible to use with O2 BB

I recently bought a Netgear Wireless-N Router for my cable BB. But as I am thinking of signing up with O2 standard package, can you tell me if this will work or I will have to try and sell on ebay?

Cable routers wont work , but you can use ADSL routers , use the settings shown here - http://www.o2user.co.uk/forum/o2-broadband-tutorial-section/673-how-use-your-own-router-o2-broadband.html
