Talk Talk Broadband Problems

Having problems with TT Bb. Computer keps freezing and will not us do a virus scan. the laptop is also connected via wireless router (using modem at moment) but keeps losing web pages, says connected to BB but "cannot find server". Is this a TT BB problem, computer or router problem.
Any help appreciated - may not respond if unable to get on line

    Their server was down earlier today, no BB from 4pm till after 7! Took ages to phone their customer services (but lets face it between the massive demand for free broadband and all the customers ringing up to say they had no broadband it wasn't gonna be quick). Thats when they told me server down and being worked on so maybe you have a hangover from that. Imagine my terror when after being cut off completely for hours I finally get online and MSE is down!
    The best things in life are NOT free - but they sure are cheaper with MSE!:j
