Fridge not right

Hi thanks, the doors really do not need to come off though as there is adequate room for it, it is the stairs again that they will quibble over.0

which is a nightmare now i think about it as the fridge and freezer are both full of food..grr..they say as soon as they get the report through they will send it out then we go to Currys and arrange another delivery/collection
Can't they collect the old one 2 or 3 days after delivering the new one? That way, you get the new one turned on and down to temperature (alongside the old one), transfer the food across and then defrost the old one ready for collection ....?

If that would be possible that would be fab but i have a feeling it will be a big no! plus the weight of them both may go through my floor lol..ill ring them and ask!
