Post Office credit card nonsense

I hava a Post Office Mastercard and, as I am currently unemployed, I did a CCCS budget report and wrote to my credit card providers offering the standard £1.00 a month.
The Post Office was the only bank to agree to the arrangement which is more than I can say for the other banks who, despite being aware of my situation, continue to harass me by phone.
