Are you thinking of the one I pm'd you about? That has not sold - the one they sold is by the same builder but a different style. I will be asking them about their client list.

HOWEVER (again) I think you are entitled to make the suggestion to your agent that they should carry out the exercise for you as it has been suggested by another agent friend of yours from out of the area as it is what they would do. Whats up with them for goodness sake have they rolled over and given up on you?

more like rolled over and raking in the rather large commissions from the 1.5 million plus properties they may have just sold - I am probably small fry to them. I shouldn't complain as before this I was impressed by them and their service so far.
So you see when you set up this super duper internet estate agent, don't forget you will need a contact in Scotland to cover the scottish housing market - someone who may need a job to stop her spending so long on here and getting totally obsessed with every part of her house selling process!
