Bulldog pricing structure - super@active

I';ve been with Bulldog on their Super@active plan since last summer. Serivce is a bit up and down - when it's good it/s great, when it's bad - it's very bad.
So far it's been pretty cheap for me, haven't paid them a penny due to their sheer incompetence. I have given them bank account details on numerous occasions (including in writing) but they have failed dismally to collect, sending me more and more threatening emails. I have called them today and coughed up, via credit card (tesco's of course...)
Anyway, during the conversation they drew my attention to their bulldoglounge page. oops. The package which I am paying about £52 for is now just over £40. BUT they charge £20 to alter your package details.
So I've written them a rant asking to be moved to that package FoC in view of the time spent resolving their billing issues. I'm awaiting a reply.
However, any other original Super@ctive members may wish to look at changing to the cheaper package. It helps to offset the extra cost the upgrade to 16mb...
