i'll subscribe to this thread as i'm currently lookign for a 12month cashback deal, caan be the worse phone in the world as i have a blackberry bold, just need the mins, texts and internet if not i can always pay for the internet on my own. 12month cashback deal is hard to come by now...

There are still 12 month deals out there if you look hard enough.
Dialaphone do them and so do mobiles.co.uk - take your pick.

The cashbacks are not as attractive as a few months ago.

I do not have recent experience of mobiles.co.uk so do not want to get into an argument - read the posts on forums.

Dialaphone I have used recently and before they became part of phones4u and have had no trouble. The first deal I had with them was in 2005 and got my cashback on time. Then had another contract through them in 2007 and all successful. Then made mistake of going direct to o2 for a year. But this june 2009, went and got another cashback deal with them which should go ok as well hopefully.

on a 3 retention deal...... contract expires on 16th October 2009.

I've been offered -

A Sony C903.
Unlimited text,
Unlimited net,
1100 xnet minutes,
300 3-3 mins
free voicemail,
skype etc etc

for £24.50 Inc Vat.

18 month contract.

what do you guys think?

1. accept?
2. cancel & get PAC code
3. cancel get code and rethink?
4. cancel get code and ring back or wait for them to ring back with better offer?

Three phone range is poor I think at the moment, that C903 does not appeal to me.
You could just as well get the better looking W995 on 18 month contract paying less - perhaps with less minutes with dialaphone.
