TalkTalk rep on this forum ignores request for help

I left TalkTalk before their 30 day trial period was up (dreadful experience which I posted about at the time) I'm in credit with them but can't get my money from them. Despite sending recorded delivery letter to Carphone Warehouse at registered office at Portal Way; and despite sending PM to the TalkTalk representative on this MSE forum, I've not had the courtesy of a reply from either.

I'm putting together a package for the Ombudsman and sending an email to Charles Dunstone if he's still the CEO of Carphone. If he's not then I'll find out who is.

I'm really surprised at the total silence from the TalkTalk rep on this site. My PM was polite and very restrained.

Well, email gone to Charles Dunstone and it wasn't bounced back - so far so good!

try telephoning them.... why rely on a PM sent to them on a non-TalkTalk website?

I'm not sure who you mean by "them". If you mean TalkTalk, I've given up telephoning them.

Anyway in response to my email I've already had a phone call from the CEO Charles Dunstone's office from someone called Rachel - she has arranged for a cheque to be sent to me which will go out tomorrow, she said.
