the security code generators wont work on bb5 models like 6630
hardware is the only way - nokia service center do it, i think they chage about £10

just phoned NOKIA - and they want 35.78 just to reset the code

Hiya..
Out of interest, how much hassle/expense was it to get it unlocked? I have 2 of these and have a couple of months left of contract and might do the same.

it's £15 from 3 in the last month of your contract for the unlock codes

that should reset to factory...not sure if it will reset security code though - update ignore this one...it askes for the security code so you can reset

or cpw on site repair center
you will need proof its your phone and id
otherwise you should be able to get it reset by hardware if you can find someone with the correct equipment for a lot less
