PLEASE HELP - Sky bill varying for no reason!?!?

Ok, probably should have stayed on top of this better sure but i've just been looking at how much Sky have been charging me after I noticed a sizeable chunk go out of my account today. Here is what i've been charged

14 Sep 2009 D/D SKY DIGITAL- 74.31
12 Aug 2009 D/D SKY DIGITAL- 57.87
14 Jul 2009 D/D SKY DIGITAL- 52.50
12 Jun 2009 D/D SKY DIGITAL- 67.13
13 May 2009 D/D SKY DIGITAL- 53.17
16 Apr 2009 D/D SKY DIGITAL- 57.68
12 Mar 2009 D/D SKY DIGITAL- 53.22
26 Feb 2009 D/D SKY DIGITAL , INITIAL PAYMENT- 37.50

Now after the initial payment I took up Skys max broadband and talk package which explains the spike over £50, and this month I ordered espn which I can only assume is the reason for the unnatural spike in price today. But I only ever used the home phone once or twice for local calls and havent touched it for months now!

Is there some obvious reason why it might be going all over the place before I ring them!?

Thanks for any help you may be able to offer

I could understand that, but only ordered espn a few weeks ago, shortly after it was launched so that only applies to September.

I'm just confused as to why the figure constantly changes, especially for the big leap in June!?!

Also, I should clarify that I have not changed the package at all since adding broadband and talk initially, until espn was added recently.
  • They will be charging you for the days you have had ESPN up to the billing date, and a month in advance like all the sky mixes.

Likely to be a lot of chopping and changing. So you pay part months in advance added to the current in advance etc.
It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!

I get that with this last month, but what about the others!?

Can't you get a breakdown of your bills online??
  • That would be great!

Wasn't aware that was even possible!?!?
