Self-Select ISA query

Hi,
I'm interested in setting up a self select ISA. However, I have specific needs that rule out the likes of "iii" who lock you in to their own share dealing desk when opening an ISA account with them.
Instead, I'm looking for an ISA provider (if such a provider exists) that will administer the ISA but allow me to find a broker/dealer of my own choice. Such arrangements are possible with SIPPs. I am hoping I can do the same on the ISA front.
Can anyone help me with finding that type f provider/administrator?
Regards,
David

You won't find a broker which does this - you will just need to open your ISA with the broker/dealer of your choice..

Agreed. That's why brokers offer ISAs...so people will invest through them. What I'm after is a company that will administer the wrapper and not provide market access (I'll arrange that).
