Hi, I've used CTX TFT's for the new classrooms at work and imho they are cracking value for money. We buy them from Misco - part number 102560 (£135) you can go via quidco.com to get 5% cashback too.

Try Aria. I bought one of their 17 inch 8ms screens recently and am really pleased with it. They're about 108 quid at the moment, plus postage; it has a 3 year warranty. They do a 19 inch for about 132 as well.

    Polybear.

p.s. Check what credit/debit card you have - some do free extra warranty (e.g. Barclays, Citi).

Barclaycard ditched their extended warranty last year. Just one of a few reasons why I closed my account.

Never used Aria so can't really comment however just so that you are aware there is a recent thread about them on the vent board here

bear in mind that with Aria you can pay an extra £20 and they will check your monitor and guarantee zero dead pixels.

But that also raises the question of what they do with all of the ones with just a few dead pixels?

That's why I ditched them in favour of a Citi Credit Card too (1 year free warranty). I've since found that Barclays Connect Cards (on a platinum account?) give two years free. Sometimes I still use the Citi card for purchases that I want the warranty on (even though it's only one year) because of the extra protection given by credit card purchases, especially via the internet.
