S & S ISA gains

I have 5 funds in a S&S ISA with Hargreaves Lansdown. At the end of March I transferred 2 cash ISAs for the previous and current tax years i.e. 2009-10 and 2008-9, total £7,200. Now worth just over £8,300.00
From next month I can put in more under the new ISA rules, so I've started a savings fund to add to what I have already.

I don't understand how you transferred this tax years ISA at the end of March?
Also you can still top up by £3,600 now as you have £7,200 allowance (of which you have only used £3,600).0 -
