Sky TV digi box, keeps showing central TV

To be honest, i turn the power off on a night time as I do not like to leave electrical things on. Anyway when i put the power on in a morning, obviously the red power light eluminates on my sky digi box and when i put the tv on and go to listings on the digi box Central TV comes up and channel 5 is missing. I live in north Yorkshire so Central TV for news is no good to me. Usually i have to turn the power off and wait a few minutes and this usually cures the problem, North east ITV comes back on. But this happens frequantly and im just a bit sick of it. how can i cure this problem, i have done a forced update but thats made no difference.

Central TV is the default region for a Sky box. It seems it's not recognising the card when it powers up and that's why Ch5 is missing as well.
Once it picks up the card, your ITV region and Ch5 are restored.Dave. :wave:0
