Memory card - transferring data

I have a 4gb memory card which I have filled, so I have bought a 8gb.
I would like to transfer all music and photos from the 4gb card onto the 8gb card. Is that easy to do?
I have spent hours trying to transfer individual files, but I am sure there must be an easier way.
I have a Sony Ericsson c902.
Thanks for any help in advance.

memory card reader is what you need - assuming your memory cards are the same type.
Or without a reader, phone to pc - swap cards - pc to phone.
If transfer is slow - then be mindful to use "Data Transfer" to connect the phone to pc rather than the pc suite. In data mode, the transfer rates are usually higher.0 -
Probably a stupid question, but when I connect the usb, do i need phone mode, media transfer or mass storage?0
