New kitchen extension - Builders NOT plastering the whole wall!

Still not clear , you want the wall to look pretty , even if its hidden by the units??
I agree with idea that as the customer who is paying the bill , your wishes are paramount. But still would give the builder a chance to justify his thinking.
1) He is also fitting my floor tiles, and said that we should do the whole floor (even the ones hidden by the units) just incase we want to change things around one day - which is a fair point.
2) Surely using his own rationale, by not plastering these new walls, in this new extension - what happens if we want to change things around one day?
He cant say (1) and then ignore his own 'expert advice' in (2)0
