I am looking for a new Nokia phone for my son's birthday - he always has Nokia phones.

He doesn't need a really hi-tech phone, just a pretty basic model - looking to spend about £65-£95.

When I started looking I was amazed at just how many different models there are out there:eek: It is very confusing.

Could anyone recommend a particulary good one at about that price?

Many thanks.

  • Do you have any idea what features he is looking for in the phone, or do you know what features he uses the most. Such as Wifi, Camera, bluetooth etc.
I know a friend who exclusively texts people and some phones are more suited to that due to their design.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies

Nokia 6300 is in your budget and still very capable. Net surfing, bluetooth, Jave enabled, radio, music player, camera etc.

I'm using it last 2 years and still love it.
Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.
