anybody had a problem with studio catalogue

i bought some items from this catalogue and always paid my monthly payment by phone i had a letter saying i had not paid and they charged me £20 i rang explained i paid on there auto payment they had no record but i was told they had had problems on the phones and to check my bank statement to see if it had gone through and to send proof or if not write a letter by the time this had all happened i had another statement from studio saying my next payment also hadnt been paid and was charged another £20 when i rang them this time the girl told me i hadnt rung them since jan 09 which i told her was rubbish i have written to them now explaining everything (incidently i had a letter from them saying i rang them in aug since the phonecall) i always have paid on time and think £20 charges are excessive anyway is there not a limit to what they can charge?has anybody else had a problem with them

i refuse to use them after an issue a few years back where they decided to send my parcel out in 3 batches and charged me postage 3 times.
I rang them and said I had asked for it all in one batch (even if this ment waiting) and they claimed I was lying - I never recieved a refund!!!
I also ordered (at the same time) a wedding guest book and they put the wrong grooms name on it and told me again it was my fault. They did exchange it tho - after a battle - again WHY would I have writen the wrong name for my husband to be on the form????? It's a good job he trusts me (and there was time for it to be reprinted before the wedding).
Tis a shame - they do some FAB stuff.loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -

We ordered some stuff a long while back, got a letter telling us the order had been cancelled as we had been declined for an account so we got the stuff from different places, 3 weeks later all the items we ordered from Studio turned up at home.
We phoned them to come and pick up the stuff again only to be told we didn't have an account so the things must have come from another company, they were the only company we had ordered those particular items from so we stored them in the spare room in case the occasion arose where they sent someone to pick them up.
2 months down the line we got a letter saying that they hadn't received any payment for the things they had sent out but when we phoned back the account number on the letter wasn't showing up on their system.
It took about 6 months to return the things back to them, it was a nightmare. Especially when 1 was a games console that my nephew kept trying to open because he wanted to play it.If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.0
