I guess also you kind of think its not worth getting annoyed and telling him your !!!!ed off because its not supposed to be anything heavy as he is going away(even though I think TBH its rather more than this and def a relationship of sorts!) Men hey they all need a good slap...we are worth so much better

That is EXACTLY how my "not boyfriend" behaved. completely the same.
I have absolutely NO idea why. And I was always really bloody nice about when really what amounted (in my case) to indifference should have resulted in a kick in the teeth from me.

My boyfriend finished with me by text last week - we had been seeing each other for four and a half years! All the text said was 'move on'. I had to phone him and practically beg him to tell me why - he uttered the immortal words 'it's not you, it's me'!!

And still I was nice to him on the phone, being understanding, when all I really wanted to do was shout and scream at him.

Today I got a funny email from a friend and I knew it would be one my ex would have found funny, but when I asked my daughter should I send it to him, she said 'don't you dare'!

I am such an idiot and a walkover.....
