I'm trying to order some toys from Tesco with those double up vouchers but i can only get so far before it says Internet explorer can not display this web page Grrr:mad::mad:. It always happens on that site i don't think they want me to use them. I'm giving up on that now i'll try again later.

How about trying a different browser?
  • I've caught up with the thread now and read from the start. First things first.

Belated thank you to Piggers, Toots and Soappie for managing the thread and keeping me motivated to keep my house clean and in order

Big thanks to Jue, Frodders, FFP, rosie and anyone else who sent me a hug - they worked!

LL - Hope you are ok my dear, I realise that you have had some bad news, we are all here for you if you need us at all. No housework needed. So many caring people on here willing you positive health vibes including me.

Quillion I hope your interview went well yesterday

Jinky - great news and happiness!

As for me, feel better today by far, just the ironing left to do (as usual!) Off to make some mushroom soup for lunches then turkey mince mixture for tea. Fridge cleared out, need to work on emptying out the freezer this month to clear some space for Christmas preparations. Better cook the chicken at the weekend and see what else I can get through in the next 2 weeks. If it is just me eating the chicken I end up eating it all bloomin week in a combination of things and I get a bit sick of it, but, he ho when you're a singleton I don't think you should eat what is just for one all the time!

Catch you all later on x

That is shocking. It is always amazing that in this day and age, with all the information available to people that some can still be so ingnorant!!

That is exactly what I thought - absolutely unbelievable!

DS2 seems a little bit brighter

DS3 played lovely with his friend, both fed, football run very soon

I still have heaps to do in the bedroom but I have one clear drawer for DH to start moving his stuff over into.

    More cheques required at school!

I'm so glad I turn the shower on and let it run before I get in! But I expect Pigpen will have us cleaning our showerheads and hoses this week ...

I've done lots of little bits, but really need to get on. I've had one quote so far for shipping my stuff back to Norfolk. I thought it was expensive until I worked out the cost of a van plus fuel plus time :o. I'll wait for a bit to see whether I get any other quotes but it would be good to get it done next week if possible...

Oops... forgot I have to go out at 7!!! Given that it's raining on and off I suppose I'll have to drive.

Motivational words required please. The workmen have finally gone, although they will be back to replace 2 scratched windows and to do some plastering. However that won't affect the stuff we have had to move away so I need to put it back and can't be bothered but we don't really have anywhere comfy to sit until it is done. I need some words of encouragement.

  • Just a few catch ups ..........

Vanilla thats brilliant news about Dh and of course Rhys but I never doubted he would be a bouncing baby with you as a Mum. Wonderful for DD -please excuse my ignorance/nosiness - I am guessing she is deaf but does she also have mobility problems - the swimming will be so much fun for her and excellent exercise - WTG DD!!!!
Thanks for asking about me - I am just the same - plodding on until I cant!!!! feeling more breathless again so will need treatment for my muscles soon and the feeding tube is causing problems but not anything too concerning we hope!!!!
michelle honey it will take you 2/3 weeks to get back into lists and housework routines so as you said whatever you do is a bonus - well done you for getting started - its so nice to have you back!!!!:D
achtunglady thats dreadful - i hope you got something sorted at the school today. I am sure you coukld manage the pc courses by december they are fairly straightforward.
Jinky thats sounds like good news and being able to move in with Dazco should be more than enough motivation to get you going - but I can always give you a kick if you need it :D:rotfl:
OrkneyStar hugs for you and your MUm - hope they are doing something about the pain.

lady L stuff the ironing and get on the pc! hope you find information that can help you angel.
greenbee could it be a food that you have become allergic/intolerant of thats triggering your migraines? maybe its the wine!!!!!!! hope you feel better soon
elly2 hope Lo had a good first day and your meeting for DD2 was productive - fingers and toes crosssed that she gets her head together this time - for your sake (((hugs)))
wilf if OH isnt good for the decorating why dont you get him to do the painting of the fence - he can make a mess outside!
boddy hope next door gets sorted - its so unfair that you have to put up with it - do you have an anti-social noise team (ours is run by the council) maybe you and some of the neighbours could get an asbo on him? Enjoy your new carpet - I am still grinning at mine!
pooh you be good and stay in one place - you did make me chuckle though with your description of events!!:rotfl:
    back in a bit
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine
