  • Sorry but it’s still not working for me! :o

    I click the earth/chain symbol.

The box appears. There is a little bit of text which says “enter link location (eg. http://uk.yahoo.com):

I enter the link (and I’ve tried several now!) and when I click ok – the box disappears and nothing is entered into my E-mail.

I have just tried it again and that is exactly what happens if I do not highlight the text that I want to become a hyperlink!

The only other thing that I can think of is that you may need java enabled in your browser.

 Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:
  • Thanks. I think I’ve tried all variations of this :o

But just to check. This is what I'm doing.

    1) I type the words ‘THIS LINK’ in word and highlight them.
    2) I click the earth/chain symbol
    3) I enter the link (or the words ‘THIS LINK’ only or both the words ‘THIS LINK’ and the link itself.
    4) I click ok – the box disappears and nothing is entered into my E-mail

Have I missed something? Done something in the wrong order?

Java = ? what is it and how do I enable it in my browser

    Cheers
