If you keep getting 'people' and not elves try saying that this is for your kids so you only want elves as friends for your elf.

Lexuslass I ordered my american elf from ebay on the 1st November and he arrived on the 6th so hopefully yours will be here soon.

nah, i wait until they are at school, the 1yr old isnt big enough to tell them what i been up to. next yr will be a diifferent story though!

Can I join in please. I'm a newbie both posting (long time lurker) and to christmas elf. My elf is Pip Ticklebright and is also on facebook, thank you to the elves who have befriended him already. I am loving this thread and for the first time in ages I am excited about something even though my nearest and dearest think I'm barmy.

hope you enjoy the elf fun. my OH thought i was mad when i first said about, yet he is the 1 that spent a week working on berties website as "he wasnt happy with it"! so it will wear off on them!

I'm only adding elves on facebook, though have had quite a few requests from human folk, no one has demanded to know why I haven't added them though!!

lexuslass - Ordered US elf for my nephew on 31 Oct too, payment went though 1 Nov, estimated delivery 10-16 Nov.

Emzy81 - Can't believe how quickly your US elf arrived!

Lou05 - I can email you my elf's passport if you like, there's a pic of it on my blog, there are no stamps on it though.

Same here!, though DD2 is nearly 2 and every time I get the elves out she gets all excited and starts shouting "girl! girl!" She even calls the boy elf a girl! She has given them some cuddles already, I wonder when they 'officially' arrive whether the older 2 will notice she is already familiar with them! I quite like the idea that elves secretly visit babies!
