I've only added elves from the 'people you may know' tool, and no more than my other elf who hasn't been suspended! They did say I could contact them and plead my case if I felt I had been treated unfairly. Yes, I can see how that would work... I am a Christmas elf and I've been adding all my elf friends that live at the North Pole with me.:rotfl:

Ooops!! When you get a friends request now there is an option to say 'I don't know this person' which sends a notification to facebook, maybe thats what happened? I'm suprised the same hasn't happened to Percy then as I have randomly requested quite a few elf friends!0 -
i have been requesting random elfs that come up as people you might know as well!!!! might stop doing that !!! :P0

My son loved having the Christmas Elf last year. I printed one off the internet and took photos of him getting up to mischief during the night. I then left a little note for my son from the Christmas Elf. He............
Made snow angels in icing sugar in the kitchen.
Ate the last piece of cheesecake in the fridge (photo of him in the fridge)
Wrapped toilet paper round my sons bedroom while he was asleep.
Decorated the tree with underpants and socks.
Left little gifts
Put an extra chocolate biscuit and a note in my sons lunchbox
Sledged down the stairs on mums best cushion (photo)
Left a note saying "your mums looking a bit tired, maybe you could set the table for tea without being asked"? it worked!
And got blamed for a few things that had nothing to do with him!!!!!!
DS loved it and his classmates and teacher couldn't wait to find out what was happening. I work at school and my sons class teacher said every home should have a Christmas Elf.
Have fun everyone. Not sure if it will work for us this year DS is 9 next week and has already asked the dreaded question. He is the youngest of 4 so feeling a bit sad at this.
Loving all your Elves.

Getting a bit stuck on activites for Erasmus Crackerberry to bring now. Am doing a mixture of photos of the mischief he got upto in the night (fishing in the fish tank, spreading books over the floor, snowball fight with friends), little gifts (stickers, toy cars) and activities (paper and scissors to make snowflakes, biscuit cutter to make festive treats and christmas pictures to colour in).
DS is 4 in January, and DD is far too young to get anything that's going on! (She's nearly 6months), but I'm hoping this will be an annual tradition.
So...back to the point. What sorts of things do your elves get up to? I've already got some great ideas from this thread, and others, but still have about 8-10 days to fill.
Have got a refillable advent calendar that we've used for the last couple of years, so am popping photos and notes in that...with directions to the activity for that day.
DH keeps saying he'll help...but nothing forthcoming yet!0 -

I really want one of the Swedish Gnomes Jultomtar and I even downloaded the pattern but as I am not a knitter I have stalled at figuring out what wool I need! This may take some time.........Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

Rummer - I am selling one of these gnomes on ebay. If you search Christmas Elf, it should come up.0
