When you dial 1471 and it says 'no information is available about your last caller'? I am with Tesco pay as you go and find it annoying when I get this after dialing 1471!
I don't know if it refers to international callers or simply a withheld number.....however is should give the time/date of last call at least! But I don't even get that!
Please advise and sorry if I sound naive/dumb!

The caller (domestic or international) has witheld their number. No time or date are given either - you have to live with it.0

International numbers arent given AFAIK.0

You can get the time and date of the last call by looking in your own phone's logs menu under 'received calls' surely?No free lunch, and no free laptop
