Natwest - Solo debit to Visa Debit (UK)

Hello, I have a step account with Natwest. The provided me a Solo debit card, but i just can't buy anything online. I can't even get pay monthly mobile phone contracts because of that.. So i would like to know if there is any possibility for me to get a visa debit card from Natwest(as they said that all of their customers…

Youll just get a visa debit card with full authorisation.

Unless you apply for a CGC.
