    Not all torrents are illegal....Only copyrighted material, Which happens to add up to 99.9% of torrent usage.

    technically though (i think) you dont 'upload' using a torrent as it is not hosted anywhere for it to be downloaded as its already on someones computer so youor not uploading it merely hosting it for someone to download from you.

    technically though (i think) you dont 'upload' using a torrent as it is not hosted anywhere for it to be downloaded as its already on someones computer so youor not uploading it merely hosting it for someone to download from you.

    and who is we?

    Although it does actually technically mean that when someone is downloading from your computer you are conceptually uploading it to theirs, so you are uploading (which is simply just another way of saying sending data).

    Yeah you are acually seeding a torrent while downloading, Which means letting someone else download the file.
