your friend had a mis-hap with a tin - we've all had them - but it doesn't automatically mean that they can sue for compo - it's a ridiculous idea and you wouldn't even get a response from Tesco if you tried to pursue it

I posted this post to get inputs from money savers with better experience than myself. I did not have a plan to sue. Just some advice what to do.0 -
