Your absolutely right and I would say the same to anyone else. The trouble is I have so much going on at the moment- hospital appointments, waiting for surgery, divorce etc etc, that I cant commit anymore time to deal with this. I know it's often a matter of going online or a phone call-I did approach sky but they were going to charge a hefty installation fee.
I have a sky+ box and a standard box from our old house (exhb was the account holder and said I could hold onto it for new house) but they still insisted I would need new boxes and charge for installation.
I feel jaded by the whole move and all the hassle I have had setting up and changing new accounts.There used to be a street named after Chuck Norris, but it was changed because nobody crosses Chuck Norris and lives.0
